We want you to love your JAK + PHIL product(s) as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes we all have a change of heart. If an item does not meet your expectations it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs)/or exchanged within 21 days of delivery as long as it is in new and unused condition. Exchanges will receive a store credit for the full amount of the item being exchanged (minus shipping). If beyond 21 days and the item is still in new and unused condition, we can only issue store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us below with the subject line “Return Order #” or “Exchange Order #”.
